We ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days.
We will ship everything as fast as possible, with a maximum waiting time of 10 business days. If you wish to know the exact shipping date, please contact us. If you urgently require the ordered product, then please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
We will ship the entire order in one go once all the items are in stock.
We will not partially ship your order unless we indicate otherwise.
Unfortunately it can happen that during shipping some items are damaged. We sincerely apologise for this, please accept the package and send us a photo of the damage.
We will replace the damaged items for free.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, you can cancel the order without providing a reason. After cancelling your order you have another 14 days in which to return the cancelled items to us. We will refund the amount due including the shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the items to us is payable by you. The cost of returning the items is determined by your shipping provider. If you wish to return the items, then you must return all items in their original packages. If the items have been visually used or damaged then the right to a refund will be waived. Once we receive the items, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

After Registration
- After your registration has been reviewed, you’ll receive an email confirming your membership in the Nogga Breeder Discount programme.
- When you make your next purchase at Nogga, login using the email address and password that you entered in your Breeder Discount programme registration form. Your personal data will automatically appear for each order - there's no need to re-enter it.
- For technical reasons, the Breeder Discount programme is linked only to the email address used for registration. Unfortunately, it is not possible to credit you with a discount retrospectively.
- The 8% Breeder Discount will be applied automatically to all orders with a total value of £75 and over.

Using Nogga
We recommend to start using the DermaBaby Set as of 4 weeks old.
You can wash your pet as often as you want to with Nogga. We recommend as a general guideline to wash your pet every 3-6 weeks.

On the side of the product we have printed a PAO symbol (Period After Opening), this symbol refers to the useful lifetime our product has after being opened for the first time. For example, an icon printed “12M” means that the product will work as it is intended for one year after you've opened it for the first time.
Products which have been mixed/diluted with water, must be used within 2 days.
1. Get your pet wet using lukewarm water, approx. 37°C
2. We recommend using the shampoos pure, for extra furry pets you can dilute the shampoo with water to maximum 1:4.
3. Thoroughly rinse the shampoo
4. Mix the balsam with warm water, this is important to ensure the balsam gets to the skin. Mix 20 gr of balsam to every 100 ml of water. Apply this mix to the coat.
5. Brush in using our MaxiPin brush. This ensures that the balsam is spread evenly over the skin and coat making a world of difference to the end result!
6. Rinse thoroughly.
7. Remove excess water with our microfibre towel
7. Spray a fine layer of Biphasic spray over the coat to protect it from being damaged.
8. Dry your pet thoroughly using an appropriate hair dryer.

For example, Sugar Mask (formulated especially for long coats) can be used on double coated pets that need extra hydration, or who want a moisturizing mask that doesn't need to be rinsed.
